The company provides domestic and commercial electricity services to more than 1.5 million homes and businesses, with a population of 3.5 million people. Working conditions at the company are among the most employee-friendly, with excellent opportunities for both students and professionals. The recruitment process to work at Energex is competitive, but if there is good preparation, there will be opportunities to join by passing aptitude tests. These tests measure cognitive skills such as memory and logic. To help you prepare for and successfully pass the tests, we offer an online course.
What do the Energex aptitude tests consist of?
The tests applied by Energex are part of a talent selection process to join the electricity company. They are standard psychometric tests, which correspond to a situational judgement test, presenting hypothetical work scenarios. They measure memory, abstract thinking skills, numeracy, visual logic and communication skills. They are long and must be taken within a stipulated time.
How can you prepare with us to pass these tests?
We offer an online course consisting of aptitude tests to solve. We have more than 50 sample aptitude tests to practice. With them, users can get to know the content of the tests and develop cognitive skills through practice.
Our tests give marks to each user after being solved, so that the user knows their performance and progress.
